Wild Self Workshop
Meditation & Intuition Practices
An online workshop for tapping into your deep inner knowing through a guided meditation and grounding ritual, introspective journaling, and a collective oracle card reading.
Next Session Fall 2025
What does your wild, true self know?

Intuition & Alignment Workshop
Learn to tap into the grounding energy of nature and tune into your deep inner knowing, the voice of your true self and the embodied feeling of alignment.

We live in a time of constant input and it’s easy for our nervous systems to become overstimulated. When we are in a heightened state, it is hard to notice the gentle nudge of intuition or the quiet whisper of our inner voice, but it is these small, subtle signals that help us connect to our authentic selves. How might it feel if we chose stillness, grounding and connection, and allowed ourselves to listen for the quiet whispers? What does our wild true self want us to know? At the end of the workshop you will have learned practices to strengthen your intuition and connect to your truest self.

What We'll Explore Together
Through a sacred object ground ritual, we will land in our bodies and tap into the eternal, steady, nurturing energy of nature. A guided meditation will offer a moment of stillness and silence to turn inwards, creating space to notice the quiet whispers of our intuition. Animal guide oracle cards will help channel the wisdom of our non-human kinfolk and our own intuition to find guidance and insights. With introspective journaling prompts to unleash your hidden longings and integrate the guidance received in meditation.

My intention is for you to leave feeling more centred and more deeply aligned with your own inner truths. This workshop is for you if you are looking to explore gentle practices that can help connect you more deeply to your own wild, true self.

Open to all. No experience necessary. Being in nature/outdoors during the session is not an expectation.
Come prepared to practice a guided meditation, to be curious & open, and to tune into your own intuition. A notebook & pen or equivalent, comfortable clothes, water and a quiet space are recommended. Having a natural object (leaf, feather, crystal, rock, glass of water) nearby for the ritual will be helpful. No pressure to share or be on camera.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will this event be recorded?
Yes, the workshop will be recorded and shared to all participants afterwards. If you are unable to attend live, the recording is a great way to access the content on your own schedule.

What do I need to have with me?
Having a natural object (leaf, feather, crystal, rock, glass of water) nearby for the ritual will be helpful. If you want to record your thoughts and experienced during the reflection section, you may wish to bring a notebook and pen to write, coloured pencils to draw, or a phone to record voice notes. It might feel nice to have a drink, a meditation cushion and/or a cosy blanket also.

What should I wear?
I recommend wearing comfortable clothes, whatever that means for you.

Where should I be during the session?
Having a quiet, calm space without distractions will allow you to be fully engaged in the practices and with the group. Try to have a comfortable place to sit or lay down for meditation, which may be a bed, couch, chair, meditation cushion, yoga mat or whatever suits your needs.

Hi I'm Lauren
I am a biologist, a yoga and meditation guide, a space holder and a seeker. A deep love, respect and reverence for nature drives my spiritual path. I feel kinship with all the more-than-human life on this planet and respect the power, beauty and life force energy in living and non-living world.

My intention is to help you find your own way back to your deepest sense of Self, your connection to spirit, your own Wild True Nature. I offer workshops and retreats for anyone looking for solace, grounding and healing in the energy of nature. Practices of meditation, yoga, nature journaling and forest bathing will allow you to slow down and remind you of your own innate wisdom, power and autonomy.
