What the fleeting beauty of spring has to teach us about impermanence.
Each spring I have a simple, small ritual that helps me pause and notice the fleeting beauty of the moment. My spring ritual is that I stop and smell every lilac I encounter. It helps remind me that we cannot grasp on to joy and hold it tight. All we can do is be here now and have gratitude for every tiny miracle we experience.
